- 370 gms lamb chops
- 2 onions, sliced
- 6 sprigs curry leaves
- 2 1/2 tbsp njh Andhra Chilli Chicken Sauce
- 1 tbsp njh Mothership’s Meat/Seafood/Vegetable Spice Mix
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Marinate the meat with the njh Sauces. Heat a cast iron pan with oil and add the onions and sauté. Add the turmeric and the curry leaves.
- Pan grill the chops in it and turn it over so it cooks on both sides, add some water(hot) or oil if you feel it needs it. Remember this is a fry dish. Enjoy!
