Pan Grilled Lamb Chops in njh Andhra Chilli Chicken Sauce & njh Mothership’s Spice Mix

Serves: 3-4

You’ll need:

      • 370 gms lamb chops
      • 2 onions, sliced
      • 6 sprigs curry leaves
      • 2 1/2 tbsp njh Andhra Chilli Chicken Sauce
      • 1 tbsp njh Mothership’s Meat/Seafood/Vegetable Spice Mix
      • 1/2 tsp turmeric
      • 3 tbsp oil
      • 1 tsp salt


      • Marinate the meat with the njh Sauces. Heat a cast iron pan with oil and add the onions and sauté. Add the turmeric and the curry leaves.
      • Pan grill the chops in it and turn it over so it cooks on both sides, add some water(hot) or oil if you feel it needs it. Remember this is a fry dish. Enjoy!
