Mangalorean Prawn Stir fry


Serves 2

You’ll need:

      • 160 gms prawns, cleaned
      • 2 onions, sliced
      • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, freshly pound
      • 3 sprigs curry leaves
      • 1 1/2 tbsp njh Mothership’s Meat/Seafood/Veg Mix
      • 1 tsp njh Hot Travelling Chillies (optional)
      • 3 green chillies (optional)
      • 3 tbsp coconut oil
      • 1 tsp turmeric powder
      • 2 tsp tamarind paste
      • 1 tsp salt

Method:

      • Take a wok. Heat up the oil. Add the onions and sauté. Add the turmeric, njh Mothership’s Spice Mix and  njh Hot Travelling Chillies. Mix it up and let it roast. Add the curry leaves and the ginger-garlic paste, add the prawns and cook. Add salt. Add the tamarind. Cook a bit.
      • That’s it. Serve and enjoy.
