- 320 gms sardines, cleaned
- 2 tbsp njh Mothership’s Fish Spice Mix
- 1 tbsp njh Hot Travelling Chillies
- 1 1/2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp water
- Coconut Oil to pan fry
- Mix all the ingredients together except coconut oil. Rub marinade into the fish lovingly.
- Marinade as long as you can. And if you can’t, that’s fine too.
- Heat up the cast iron pan. Add the fish. Fry. And gently turn it around. Fry again.
