Thai Basil Vegetarian Stir Fry

Serves 2

You’ll need:

      • 100 gms morning glory
      • 100 gms beansprouts
      • 90 gms baby bok choy
      • 1 tbsp njh Thai Basil Dipping Sauce
      • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
      • 1 tbsp Rice Bran oil


      • Heat oil in a wok. Add the bok choy followed by the morning glory and beansprouts.
      • Add the njh Thai Basil Sauce and the light soy sauce. Stir fry. Enjoy.
