Serves 2
You’ll need:
- 100 gms morning glory
- 100 gms beansprouts
- 90 gms baby bok choy
- 1 tbsp njh Thai Basil Dipping Sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Bran oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok. Add the bok choy followed by the morning glory and beansprouts.
- Add the njh Thai Basil Sauce and the light soy sauce. Stir fry. Enjoy.
