- 1 chicken thigh and leg with skin
- 1 potato, thinly sliced
- 3 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp njh Sichuan Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- Make the marinade with njh Sichuan Sauce, oyster Sauce and soy sauce.
- Take a baking dish. Layer in the potatoes followed by the mushroom and then the chicken on top.
- Pour the marinade. Marinate for half an hour.
- Bake at 190 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes and then for 10 minutes on the grill setting for the colour. That’s it. Serve and enjoy!
