Prawn & Avocado Salad


Serves: 2

You’ll need:

      • 9 steamed prawns
      • 1/2 onion, slicked
      • 1 avocado
      • 3 Fresno Chillies deseeded
      • Lettuce
      • Prik Nam Pla

Method:

      • Arrange the lettuce, avocado, prawns, onions and Fresno Chillies in a big bowl.
      • Top with Prik Nam Pla. You could dilute it with water, lime juice and fresh coriander too if you want to reduce the heat level.
      • You could add semi-ripe mangoes too if you are into fruit in your salad. Enjoy!
