You’ll need:
- 9 steamed prawns
- 1/2 onion, slicked
- 1 avocado
- 3 Fresno Chillies deseeded
- Lettuce
- Prik Nam Pla
Method:
- Arrange the lettuce, avocado, prawns, onions and Fresno Chillies in a big bowl.
- Top with Prik Nam Pla. You could dilute it with water, lime juice and fresh coriander too if you want to reduce the heat level.
- You could add semi-ripe mangoes too if you are into fruit in your salad. Enjoy!
