- 190 gms chicken (thigh and leg with skin)
- 1 tbsp njh Mothership’s Meat/Seafood/Veg Mix
- 1 tbsp njh Andhra Chilli Chicken Sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 parboiled potato
- Make the marinade mixing njh Mothership’s Meat/Seafood/Veg Mix, njh Andhra Chilli
- Chicken Sauce and soy sauce.
- In a baking dish, lay the potatoes. Place the chicken pieces on top. Pour the marinade.
- Bake at 190 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes followed by 10 minutes on a grill setting.
