Lemongrass Grilled Chicken Wings

Serves: 2

You’ll need:

      • 1 1/2 tbsp njh Lemongrass Wok Sauce
      • 250 gms chicken
      • 2 tsp light soy sauce
      • 1/2 tsp salt
      • Oil to fry


      • Marinate the chicken in the njh Lemongrass Wok Sauce, soy sauce and salt. Leave it to sit for a while or use immediately if you don’t have time to spare.
      • Take a cast iron pan. Heat it. Add the oil. Then the chicken wings. Grill on both sides.

Pro tip: You could alternatively bake with no oil.
