Serves: 2
You’ll need:
- 1 1/2 tbsp njh Lemongrass Wok Sauce
- 250 gms chicken
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Marinate the chicken in the njh Lemongrass Wok Sauce, soy sauce and salt. Leave it to sit for a while or use immediately if you don’t have time to spare.
- Take a cast iron pan. Heat it. Add the oil. Then the chicken wings. Grill on both sides.
Pro tip: You could alternatively bake with no oil.
