Serves: 2
You’ll need:
- 1 bunch spoon lettuce, torn
- 1 cucumber, cubed
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 onion, sliced
For the Dressing:
- 1 tbsp njh Garlic Anchovy Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp or 3 tsp njh Italian chilli oil
- 1/2 tsp Greys Hill mustard
- 1/2 tbsp Modena balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Maldon sea salt
Method:
- Mix all the dressing ingredients in a jar. Pour over the salad vegetables. Toss with bare hands and a lot of love. Enjoy!
