- 2 boiled eggs
- 1/2 tbsp njh Andhra Chilli Chicken Sauce ( you could use the veg version if you prefer)
- 2 pinch salt
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 3 sprigs curry leaves
- 1 tbsp oil
- In a heated cast iron pan, put in the oil. Add the onions and the curry leaves. Add the eggs and roast nicely. You should see brown patches on the eggs.
- Take it off the heat and add the njh sauce. Stir it up. Enjoy!
