- 395 gms zucchini noodles
- 2 tbsp njh Italian Chilli Oil ( you can adjust according to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Maldon salt
- njh Hot Travelling Chillies( Optional)
- 2 tsp njh Garlic Anchovy Sauce (for non-vegan version only)
- 1 tbsp parmigiano, grated (for non-vegan version only)
- In a cast iron pan, add only 1 tbsp of the njh Italian Chilli Oil. Add the Zucchini Noodles and roast in the pan. Once it's al dente( has a bite but not fully cooked too) add the rest of the chilli oil with the bottom crispy bits. Add salt. Enjoy!
- For non vegan version, add the njh Garlic Anchovy Dip. Turn off the heat. Plate it and add the Parmesan and the njh Hot Travelling Chillies and serve.
