Vegan Roasted Cauliflower


Method:

      • An easy one, this is perfect as a substitute for carbs and can be eaten as is or with the dipping sauces.
      • Take a whole head of cauliflower and wash it. Add it to a tub of warm water with salt to get the worms out.
      • Rub njh Sichuan Chilli Oil all over it. Cover with butter paper and grill for 45 mins on medium heat on a grill.
