Vegan Kukuda Sasemi aka Ripe Mango Mustard Curry


Serves: 4

 You’ll need:

      • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced.
      • 75 gms fresh coconut, grated
      • 1/2 onion, diced
      • 2 tsp njh Hot Travelling Chillies (or 5 roasted byadige or Guntur Chillies)
      • 2 tsp mustard
      • Water to grind.

Method:

      • Grind all the ingredients except the mango to a fine paste. Pour it over the mangoes. Add salt to taste. (Dont have to cook?)
