Serves: 4
You’ll need:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced.
- 75 gms fresh coconut, grated
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tsp njh Hot Travelling Chillies (or 5 roasted byadige or Guntur Chillies)
- 2 tsp mustard
- Water to grind.
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients except the mango to a fine paste. Pour it over the mangoes. Add salt to taste. (Dont have to cook?)
