- 195 gms pomfret, cleaned
- 2 tbsp njh Thai Coriander Root & Stem Wok Sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 banana leaf
- Mix together the njh Thai Coriander Root & Stem Wok Sauce and salt. Rub it all over the fish. Wrap the fish in banana leaves. Steam for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
