Serves: 2
You’ll need:
- 100 gms tofu cubes
- 3 leeks, sliced
- 1 tbsp njh Sichuan Sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce or sweet soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Rice Bran or any neutral oil
Method:
- Take a paper towel and wrap the tofu. Add heavy weight on top. Keep it like that for 10 Minutes to get the moisture out. In a flat pan, heat some oil. Fry the tofu on all sides and drain on a paper towel.
- Add the leeks to the same pan and caramelise it with the soy sauce. It should be slightly charred. Add the tofu and the njh Sichuan Sauce and stir fry. Serve. Enjoy.
