Egg Guri Appe (Egg Paniyaram)


You’ll need:

1 cup Dosa batter

4 eggs

2 tbsp njh Coriander Root and Stem Wok Sauce

1 tbsp njh Green Hot Sauce

½ onion, diced

Tomato, diced

Coriander leaves, chopped

Salt, to taste

Oil, to cook


To the Dosa batter add in the eggs, sauces, onion, tomato and coriander.

Mix it all up. Add salt to taste.

Coat the Appe pan with oil.

Pour the mixture into the pan and allow to cook (turning the Appes over in between).

Serve the Appes with our hot sauces or dipping sauces on the side. Enjoy!
